TFL's consistent operating philosophy is: to provide high-quality products and excellent technical service for customers. On the basis of its successful experience in Italy, the company has set up ACC in Tongxiang city, Zhejiang province. On Oct 18th, 2004, ACC started formally its business. The Center occupies an area of 2000 square meters, provided with all the facilities for leather making, and test equipment for leather in common use. It is hoped to realize the functions of the Center in technical service, scientific R&D ,leather testing and education through our efforts and supports from people of all walks of life.

Technical Service

The Haining and Tongxiang districts have gradually grown into the center of leather industry of China, there are lots of companies who made leather for garment, upholstery ,shoe upper, automotive and fur .in order to support development of local leather enterprises, the company has established an Application Center China in Tongxiang city, Zhejiang province. We hope to contribute to expansion of local enterprise, especially updating the technical of the local leather company.

ACC has introduced the most advanced Italian equipment and lots of seasoned technicians , We provide the tanning industry of China with competitive high-quality chemicals, advanced tanning processing philosophy and technology, and internationally fashionable product style in the forms of technical service, technical exchange and seminar. .

Scientific R & D

We will also make full use of the resources of the Center to participate in development and cooperation of scientific research projects. We signed agreements with domestically famous tanning enterprises on development of chrome-free automotive leather. Also cooperate with relevant enterprises to develop some projects, for example, hair-saving liming technology good for environmental protection, high absorption chrome-tanning and acid retanning technology to save water, electricity and time.

Leather Test

ACC has many equipment for test the physical chemistry capability of the leather in common use. And other tests such as dynamic waterproof, washable, 3M test and so on.

Education & Training

TFL has established a good relationship with Leather Engineering Faculty of famous university. The company has not only set up scholarship in the university and provided technical lectures, but also invited professors and students of the university to our technical service center for probation and training every year. We hope we can realize our goal in cultivating talented people for the tanning industry of China with the advanced tanning philosophy and materials of TFL, adapting our tanning philosophy to the international standard. At the same time, we will take this as a platform to train our technicians and customers to make them better understand products of TFL and master more advanced tanning technology, thus serving the tanning industry in a better way.
